Read a Reflection from One of our NPQLT Recent Graduates

Our approach includes:

  • Research-Driven Curriculum – Explore case studies and real-world examples of sucessful teaching and leadership. We continuously update our materials to reflect the latest educational research and best practise.
  • Adaptable Digital Learning – Progress through our online modules at your convenience. We even offer audio versions of our units, making it easier to learn on the move.
  • Regional Face-to-Face Workshops – While digital learning offers flexibility, in-person interactions offer unique professional dialogues. These sessions focus on peer discussions and expert-guided reflections on practically implementing new ideas at school, rather than introducing fresh material.
  • A Smart, Heart, Humble Ethos – Everyone involved in our NPQ programmes prioritises TDT’s core values. We adhere to evidence-based approaches, prioritise the wellbeing of the people we support, and remain open to constructive feedback

A blend of flexible online learning, online discussion, virtual seminars and face to face workshops, for a few hours study each week over 12 months. This is followed by an assessment where you will complete a 1500-word case study assessment to demonstrate your understanding of real leadership and change

Our online modules guide you and your colleagues through understanding and implementing effective approaches to people-powered school improvement.
