NPQ Facilitation Lead (full time)

Salary: Circa £42,000

Location: Flexible

Hours/Contract: full time; we may consider 4 days/week for an exceptional candidate

To meet the needs of participants in a new range of blended, school leadership programmes we are now seeking a Lead Facilitator on a full-time, permanent basis, to ensure high quality facilitation across our blended programmes and developing a highly skilled Network of facilitators. The Lead Facilitator will be responsible for the TDT NPQ Facilitator Network, managing effective working relationships and delivering the training and ongoing professional development for facilitators to ensure that all participants have the highest quality experience on our programmes. The Lead Facilitator will work closely with the Delivery and Content teams to continually improve the design and delivery of our programme resources. 

This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing and influential education charity. We’re looking for a proactive and skilled facilitator, with an in-depth understanding of the education sector and school leadership experience to lead the facilitation of a range of leadership programmes. We have an excellent track record of staff developing within the charity, as well as staff who have developed their careers into schools, other charities, and the public sector.

Curriculum Designer (full time)

Salary: Circa £44,000 to £47,000

Location: Flexible

Hours/Contract: full time/permanent

In 2021, TDT became a Lead Provider for the new suite of National Professional Qualifications and we are training thousands of teachers and leaders in the art, craft and science of leadership of specialist areas, schools and trusts. Working also with our other qualifications, including our work in pedagogical coaching, teacher collaborative enquiry and CPD leadership, we are looking for an experienced curriculum designer to join our superb training content team to extend and build each of these qualifications further. 

We’re looking for an author with experience of writing leadership and teacher training materials and working with government frameworks. You should be well versed in contemporary educational research, pedagogy and leadership, write clearly and understand how to translate complex ideas into easily understandable content for busy teachers and leaders. You should have great attention to detail, with the ability to look at the big picture and create well sequenced materials that show great fidelity to the research.
