Improve staff development in your school

Our programmes help you develop teachers and staff more effectively, so they thrive and stay in the profession longer.

With Ofsted now explicitly judging professional learning, you’ll need to demonstrate coherent, evidence-informed CPD and an approach that’s strategic, sustainable and genuine.

Whether you’re building a coaching culture, evaluating and improving your CPD provision, or developing your leaders’ expertise, we have programmes designed for your needs.

Choose your entry point

Depending on where you are in your CPD improvement journey, we offer different levels of support. Whether you need a comprehensive diagnostic and implementation partnership, training to build a specific capability like coaching, or accessible learning resources for your leaders, we have the right solution.

Building Expert Schools

Undertake a deep diagnostic of your current CPD provision, then work with us to design and implement a more effective, evidence-informed approach tailored to your school’s context and priorities. Ongoing support continues as you navigate the messy middle of actual change.

Instructional Coaching Training

Work with your staff team to build a vision for partnership coaching in your school and lay the foundations for genuine, sustainable change. Training is followed by implementation support to help you protect the coaching culture as you build it.

Online Learning Modules

Our 90-minute learning modules have been designed around the real challenges that CPD leaders face. You’ll learn through interactive activities, research, and real school leaders’ voices.  Modules can be purchased individually or as a complete suite.

Leading CPD Across a Trust?

We work in partnership with multi-academy trusts to strengthen and streamline CPD provision across schools of varying types and sizes. We help develop practice and establish a clear trust vision, identity and approach to staff development. Our programmes can be adapted to suit leaders across a trust or group of schools, acknowledging the specific opportunities and challenges that role brings.

If you’d like guidance on what would work best for your trust context, get in touch for a conversation with our team.
