What is your day-to-day role at TDT?
My role at TDT is to provide excellent customer support to our various stakeholders. This includes supporting participants who are studying one of our professional development programmes, prospective applicants and our network of delivery partners.
What’s something you’re passionate about in terms of the work TDT do or the world of education generally?
I am passionate about improving outcomes for young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
What did you do professionally before you joined TDT?
Before joining TDT I worked as a Curriculum Leader of Music in secondary schools across the south-west. More recently I have moved into the education charity sector supporting participants on a variety of teacher training & professional development programmes.
What do you do outside of TDT? (other projects, roles, or hobbies)?
Outside of TDT I volunteer with a charity in Winchester who preserve vintage buses. I help support the various events they run throughout the year. I also enjoy walking, going to the theatre and spending time with family and friends.
