TDT is proud to be part of the rich fabric of the education sector, partnering with other organisations to share knowledge, support school leaders and improve outcomes for children and young people. Our national events provide a platform to raise the profile of the importance and impact of effective staff development on teacher retention, morale and pupil outcomes.
Local context and lived experience, alongside international research and evidence, inform our work. Building on the legacy of our outstanding NPQ Partnerships, we continue to create pathways for local expertise to inform national improvement of CPD Leadership, and vice versa. We work collaboratively with local partners to deepen our collective understanding and support school leaders in a way that meets contextual needs.
