What’s your role at TDT?
I drive the improvement of structures, systems and processes, including digital and ways of working.
Why is the work important to you?
I believe that those who choose to pursue a role as critical to society as teaching should receive high quality support in their professional development.
What’s your career been like?
I’ve spent my career working in small organisations, mostly in the charity sector. I also worked in internal operations within teacher professional development before joining TDT.
What do you do outside of TDT?
I like both playing and watching football, and enjoy walking, reading and the occasional knitting or crafting project.
