Teaching Leadership Mini Summits Report, October 2020

The Teacher Development Trust Teaching and Leadership Mini Summits ran throughout October 2020 and brought together a range of experts from across the education sector alongside case studies from multi academy trusts to share their experience and expertise.

The over-arching themes of the series asked:

How can we create consistency whilst maintaining flexibility?

How can we balance the efficiencies of central training with individual need?

and; How do we maintain a connection to local communities whilst creating a Trust ethos and identity?
