Operations Manager

What’s your role at TDT?

I manage the operations team, overseeing the operational delivery of TDT services/programmes, supporting the customer journey and managing stakeholder relationships. Additionally, I lead the operations team to engage in continuous development and improvement of our systems and processes, and excellent data management.

Why is the work important to you?

I am passionate about supporting teachers’ and schools professional development journeys, and improving the experience and wellbeing of both teachers and children in education.

What’s your career been like?

Before joining TDT I worked in operations and service/customer support/management for various charities, including Napier University, the Royal College of Radiologists, Blood Cancer UK, Changing Faces and Breast Cancer Care.

What do you do outside of TDT?

Outside of TDT I spend my time with my husband and two daughters, and I enjoy travel, reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
