Notes
In the local authority view, two small authorities – the City of London and the Isles of Scilly – have been omitted. They each contain only one school, making interpretation of their data difficult.
In order to prevent skewing of local mean values, a small numbers of outlier schools have been omitted from the data for staff development spending. These are schools that spent more than £6,000 per teacher, £3,000 per staff member or £400 per pupil in any given year.
